Initiating a Return

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

    • Returns are accepted within 45 days from the date of purchase.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at support@timberminds.shop with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

    3. Pack the puzzle securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.

    • A prepaid return label will be provided in eligible cases.

  • Return Confirmation:

    • Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refund Issuance:

    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is verified.

    • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund.

  • Customer Dissatisfaction:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Refunds cover the item cost only, excluding the original shipping fee.
