At Timberminds, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be simple and transparent:
1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase without any charges.

To request cancellation, please email us immediately at support@timberminds.shop with your order number.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
3. Personalized / Customized Orders

Since our wooden animal puzzles are personalized products, cancellations may only be accepted if requested before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
